Are your cases waterproof?
Yes. Every waterproof hard case we manufacture is designed to for protective purpose, including extreme vibration, drop tests, and IP67 standards. Our equipment cases are trusted by clients worldwide.
What defines your "IP67 Certified" waterproof hard case?
IP67 means the case is 100% dust-tight (6) and can withstand water immersion up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes (7). We achieve this through a high-impact resistant Polypropylene (PP) shell combined with a continuous O-ring gasket and an automatic pressure relief valve.
Do you have a wheeled hard case with a telescopic handle?
Yes, our wheeled hard case and trolley hard case series (like the RX-TC5229, RX-TC5236, and RX-TC6848) feature heavy-duty telescopic hard case handles and polyurethane silent wheels with stainless steel axles for smooth transit of heavy payloads.
What are "Telescopic" and "Stackable" features?
Our telescopic hard case models include retractable handles for ergonomic mobility. Additionally, most of our mold-injection cases feature a stackable interlocking design on the base and lid, allowing for secure storage of multiple units during shipping or warehousing.

What kind of hard case with precision-cut insert can you produce?
We specialize in CNC foam routing. We can provide a hard case with precision-cut insert made from high-density EVA or EPE. This is the preferred solution for drones cases and camera cases where each component needs a tailored, snug fit to prevent movement.
Is there a hard case with padded divider system available?
Yes! For photography and video professionals, we offer a hard case with padded divider system. These modular dividers use velcro-fastened nylon walls, allowing you to reconfigure the interior for different equipment sets.
Can you provide hard case private label branding?
Absolutely. As a dedicated hard case private label partner, we offer logo customization via silk-screen printing, customized metal nameplates, or laser-engraved branding on the latches and handles.
Do you support full OEM/ODM mold development?
Yes. If our 23 standard models don't fit your needs, our in-house engineering team can help design and open new injection molds. We are one of the few hard case factories that own the entire mold-making and production process.

Where are your hard case factories located?
We are a direct hard case manufacturer located in Guangdong, China. Our 15,000 sqm facility is equiped with 40 mold injection machines including the largest 1400T and focuses exclusively on high-performance mold-injection cases.
Do you provide test reports for your products?
Yes. We provide RoHS 2.0, REACH 251-item, and IP67 test reports. Quality transparency is what sets us apart as a top-tier hard case customization supplier.
⏱ Lead Time & Ordering
What is the lead time for mass production?
Typical OEM manufacturing lead times are 3-6 weeks for bulk orders. Standard stock models in black can be dispatched within 1-2 weeks.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes, we encourage B2B buyers to order samples for quality verification. Custom foam samples can usually be produced and shipped within 5-10 business days.

What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We provide full B2B logistics support, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door (DDP) shipping solutions to Asia, South America, the USA, Europe, and Middle East. We handle the export customs documentation so you don't have to.
How are the cases packed for wholesale shipping?
Each case is individually packed in a PE bag and then placed in a multi-layer corrugated master carton to ensure zero damage during international sea or air freight.

What is your product warranty?
We provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty on all structural components, latches, and seals. Long-term parts support is available for our regular B2B partners.
